Mathematically yeah, technically not.Since blockchain emerged, many experts debated whether the union would be possible. While some critics stated that it was possible, while others have stated that it was not possible for various reasons. Here, we’ll discuss how close we are to the unification between blockchain and AI.How blockchain and AI can unite? When blockchain was founded, it was not possible to combine AI with blockchain. With the application of continuous-time processes, it became much easier to integrate these two on various platforms. But due to blockchain interfaces, implementing AI into a blockchain became much more difficult. To sum up, we’re mathematically close and technically far away to implement both of these technologies. How did it start? It all started when Corda implemented machine learning protocols in its platform, it was cherished by users as it allows to fight against multiple adversaries. As a result, more companies started to purchase Corda’s enterprise network and it gave an edge when margins mattered. However, as more parties trying to implement AI protocols, it becomes possible that these two technologies can unite in different forms. What are these forms? These forms include decentralized artificial intelligence and autonomous artificial intelligence. While these have various similarities and differences, researches have been made to bring these forms to life. To understand these concepts, let’s have a look at them briefly:Autonomous AI: It’s the type of AI that we have no control over it if it’s fully autonomous. But these protocols generally have some autonomy over their controllers. Despite there are concerns over whether it can be uncontrollable if it has full autonomy, researchers claim that it’s not possible to be influential enough to move on its own.Decentralized AI: Also known as Distributed Artificial Intelligence, these protocols are developed to find distributed solutions to problems. While blockchain is not used yet,…
